<\/iframe><\/p>\n <\/p>\nFuente Radio Programas del Per\u00fa, Lima.- El presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n M\u00e9dica del Peruana, Dr. Herberth Cuba Garc\u00eda, demand\u00f3 que el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica desarrolle una ley que proteja a los peruanos de las experimentaciones m\u00e9dicas<\/span> <\/p>\nSeg\u00fan los registros de autorizaciones del Instituto Nacional de Salud (INS), 23 mil 207 personas est\u00e1n enroladas actualmente en 300 experimentos que realizan laboratorios internacionales en 137 hospitales, cl\u00ednicas, consultorios y hasta ONG.<\/span><\/p>\nLaboratorios extranjeros pagan entre 500 y 13 mil d\u00f3lares a m\u00e9dicos para captar a pacientes que se sometan a estudios, a fin de probar la eficacia de nuevos productos antes de lanzarlos al mercado, <\/span><\/strong>revel\u00f3 una denuncia period\u00edstica.<\/span><\/p>\nAl respecto, Cuba refiri\u00f3 que en la actualidad \u00abtenemos solo un decreto supremo del sector salud y es sumamente permisivo\u00bb porque no contempla indemnizaciones a los pacientes ante eventuales efectos adversos. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\u00abHay un vac\u00edo legal en la norma general.
